Shipping Policy

 

For all ACCESSORIES orders, we are able to arrange delivery WITHIN ONTARIO ONLY (subject to the conditions and rates as shown in below table). Alternatively, customers are able to choose the LOCAL PICKUP option at checkout (date and time for pick up at our warehouse to be arranged with each customer after your order is received).

***All accessories orders must have a physical shipping address and contact number for delivery. Therefore, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes***

For all KAYAKS / PADDLE BOARDS orders, you can either select LOCAL DELIVERY (subject to the conditions and rates as shown in below table) or pick up at our warehouse (date and time for pick up to be arranged with each customer after your order is received).

#We apologize that we are unable to deliver kayaks and paddle boards outside of the 150km Markham, Ontario range. We will consider to expand our serviced delivery area should our delivery team expand in the future.

Additional instructions for shipping:

1. If you'd like to change your shipping address, please contact immediately after placing your order at info@lakeviewkayaks.ca, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please include “Change Order” in the subject of the email. However, please note that our warehouse often processes orders within 1 business day, so the time window for address changes is very short. Once the items have been shipped, unfortunately, the buyer shall bear the entire shipping costs incurred in relation to such change.

2. If you decide to refuse a shipment, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. We will subtract this amount from your merchandise refund.

3. Should your order include the purchase of accessory AND kayak/paddle board, the shipping cost for the accessory portion would be waived and all items of the order would be packed and delivered in the same shipment either by Local Delivery or Local Pickup according to the buyer‘s option. Therefore, the estimated delivery time for ACCESSORIES stated in above table may no longer be applicable.

4. The shipping cost calculated by the system at checkout is supposedly applicable to the purchase of ONE kayak/paddle board only. Therefore, should you need to purchase more than one kayak/paddle board, please separate your order accordingly as otherwise our customer service will contact you for manual adjustment of the shipping cost before the order could be further processed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and we will sort out with the system provider to get this technical issue fixed as soon as possible. Your understanding would be much appreciated!

5. If you choose the Local Delivery option, the delivery is “to the curb” which means the driver may not assist you in moving the item into your home. Please arrange for help if needed.
