Refund policy

 

Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items purchased at our online store are all FINAL SALE items. Hence, we strongly encourage you to inspect the item you purchased thoroughly once the delivery is received or at the time you come to pick up at our warehouse. The acceptance of the product shall be construed as the related order has been fulfilled to the buyer‘s satisfaction. Please also note that the local delivery cost (pls refer to our Shipping Policy for details) will be deducted from your merchandise refund in the case you refuse to accept the product after inspection unless the non-acceptance is due to the product quality issue (i.e. the product is found defective) or a wrong product is delivered by our own mistake.

An email confirmation is required for us to process your return request. If you need to return an item, please email us at info@lakeviewkayaks.ca before making any arrangement with the return shipping company. In the email, please include your order number, the date of your order and the reason you wish to return the item. We will reply to you at our earliest for further arrangement.
